Conditions of Return

• Item was purchased direct from Custom Pools and Spas
• Item was purchased within the last 30 days
• Item is in original packaging (with all contents that were included)
• Must have original receipt
• Special orders that are not stocked items will have a re-stocking fee of 20% 

Policies

• All refunds are credited against the original payment method
• All sale items are non-refundable and final
• Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
• You must use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
